Richland Library's Walker Local and Family History Center, located in the Main Library in downtown Columbia, has historical material focusing on Columbia, Richland County, and the surrounding counties of the Midlands. The collections found here include photographs, pamphlets, books, maps, and other historical materials from the Civil War to the present day.
